Scientific Computing

The Scientific Computing Facility aims to provide efficient software solutions for the computational problems encountered by MPIBR scientists and their external collaborators. We develop Image Processing, Data Analysis and High Performance Computing tools taylored to the requirements of a wide range of experimental techniques and operative approaches used by our researchers, including electrophysiology, two-photon and electron microscopy, bio- and neuroinformatics and behavioural studies. We are experienced in developing applications for Windows, Linux and Mac OS using a variety of languages and frameworks.
